What is the Forbes Global Properties 3rd Annual Conference on Maui? This year’s annual conference combines professional enrichment with the adventure of Maui, providing networking opportunities, sessions, and activities.

Event Highlights: Arrival and Owners’ Dinner on December 11, Main Event Days on December 12 and 13, and Departure on the 14th.

Daily Itinerary: Mornings start with optional activities, afternoons feature talks and sessions, and evenings offer cocktails, dining, and entertainment. Closer to the event date, we'll contact you to gather your activity preferences.

Accommodations

Can I book directly with the Four Seasons? No, you must buy your conference tickets through our ticketing site to take advantage of special discounted rates. NOTE: After booking your ticket, you MUST use our Four Seasons Maui "Passkey" link to complete your booking for your pre-paid rooms.

Can I extend my stay? Yes, we have secured special pricing for extended dates in addition to the conference dates. If you wish to extend your stay at the Four Seasons Maui, you can do so in the "Passkey" site for a similar discounted rate.

Can I choose the type of my room? Yes, four different room styles are available at special event pricing.

What are the steps to booking a room?

Plus Ones

Can I bring a spouse, partner, or Plus 1? You should purchase an additional conference ticket for your Plus 1 if they wish to attend the conference. If you would like your Plus 1 to attend a dinner, you should purchase a guest dinner ticket.

Activities

Are activities required? Activities are optional, but they are a valuable part of the conference experience and they are designed to encourage connections with fellow FGP global network members.

Are activities available at all activity levels? Yes, outings are planned to cater to all activity levels.

How are my activities selected? You will be asked to select your activity preferences closer to the conference.

Event Details

What is the dress code for the conference? Resort casual for daytime events; smart casual for evening dinners and gatherings. Cocktail attire is recommended for the Friday night dinner.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the airport?Transportation must be booked independently by attendees. We will offer recommendations to assist you in arranging your transportation. See more info below.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? Guests will be surveyed to inform of any dietary restrictions.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue? Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

What if I need to cancel my attendance? You may substitute an attendee registration until September 1 at no charge. A fee of US $50 applies beginning September 2. There are no refunds for cancellations. Requests must be sent to: conferences@forbesglobalproperties.com

Room cancellation over the inclusive nights of December 11, 12 and 13 are not refundable. Any room nights booked outside of these dates are subject to a 21-day cancellation policy, as stipulated by the hotel, and Forbes Global Properties holds no liability for these nights.

Getting There, Getting Around

How do I get there and around? The closest airport is Kahului Airport (OGG). The Four Seasons Maui at Wailea is  27 km/17 miles from the Kahului Airport (25–30 minutes by car)

Car rental options available at the airport

Other transportation options:

• Uber/Lyft - The Kahului Airport has designated rideshare pick-up spots, but note that Ubers/Lyfts in Maui may be less frequent than you're accustomed to, so plan accordingly.

• Taxi services are located outside of the baggage claim. Taxi services may also be less frequent.

• Shuttle services: SpeediShuttle and Roberts Hawaii

Ticketing Information

Do conference tickets include the hotel? Your ticket covers your hotel stay for the nights of December 11, 12 and 13 in addition to the conference events.

Will there be different tickets available for 1 or two days? No; your ticket grants access to the full event; there are no separate tickets available for one or two days.

Will there be savings on tickets for early ticket sales? Yes, Early Bird tickets are on sale now. The ticket price will change after the June 15th deadline.

Will there be a limited number of tickets? Yes, to ensure an exclusive experience, ticket and activity availability is limited.

Is this a public event? No, it's exclusively for the Forbes Global Properties community.

How can I stay updated on event details and announcements? We will be sending regular updates via email, and we will be updating members at our Manager’s Meetings and Marketing Roundtables. We will be sure to keep you informed
